Ingredients
  Curly endive 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Lettuce head 1 Small
  Oranges 2 , pared and sliced
  Mild white onion 1⁄2 , sliced and separated into rings
  Garlic dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, tear the head lettuce and endive into small pieces.
2) Place the onion rings and sliced oranges over the salad greens.
3) Pour over the garlic dressing and toss gently to coat.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
