Healthy Cactus Salad

Recipe for a nopalitos salad, as show on the show Let's Cook Together, on 3ABN
Ingredients
  Nopalitos 1 Pound, steamed (Fresh / 1 Jar, Sliced Ones)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste (Or To Taste)
Directions

Place contents of jar into a strainer and drain all the liquid. Rinse with cold water to eliminate all the slimy liquid. Chop the cactus in one to two inch pieces. Place into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. It is generally not necessary to add any salt or lemon juice at this point because the taste is already present in the cacuts, but may be added if desired. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
