Baked Chicken Salad
|Chopped cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4 , chopped|
|Diced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped toasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chicken, eggs, celery, almonds, salt, onion and lemon juice in bowl; fold in mayonnaise.
Turn into greased casserole; top with potato chips and cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes or until salad is bubbly and cheese is melted.
