Ingredients
  Diced cooked turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Meat Only)
  Diced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Crisp One)
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Low calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Salt/Onion salt To Taste
  Pepper/Onion salt To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl. Mix together turkey, yogurt, mayonnaise and wine and season it woth nutmeg, salt and pepper
2. In large individual serving bols, arrange the lettuce leaves at the base and place the turkey mixture in it

SERVING
3. Arrange grapes on top an dserve
