Everyday Braised Celery
|Celery||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1 (Dissolved In 1 Cup Boiling Water)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1) Cut and discard green leaves from celery.
2) Cut the celery stems in half.
3) In a glass casserole, place the celery leaves and season with salt and pepper.
4) Brush butter and pour the chicken stock over the celery leaves.
5) Cover dish and cook for 10-12 minutes on highest setting.
6) Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
