1. In a large salad bowl, tip in the turkey, celery, grapes, and mayonnaise.
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Mix till all ingredients are completely coated
4. Serve on individual plates with greens and with a small bunch of grapes.
Alternatively, the cold salad can also be served in avocado halves that are brushed with lemon juice. Serve lemon wedges on the side.
