Sweet Spinach and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Red chili sauce 1 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Spinach 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Thoroughly wash the spinach leaves. Drain and keep aside. Wash the bean sprouts also and place them with the spinach. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
