  99% fat free cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄4 Teaspoon
