Centennial Apple Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Dry pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked according to package directions
  Cubed red delicious apples 3⁄4 Pound, cored (2 Cups)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl toss all the ingredients to mix well and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

SERVING
2. Serve chilled with optional garnish
