Savory Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook potatoes in boiling water with salt for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
2) Drain potatoes and combine with eggs and onion.
3) Mix oil, dillweed, mayonnaise, and vinegar and mix in the potato mixture.

SERVING
4) Season with salt and pepper and serve hot or chilled.
