|Watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
Scoop out the centres of halved melon with a ball cutter, or teaspoon.
Peel and slice the pineapple into small cubes.
Break the lettuce and watercress into small pieces and combine with the fruit plus the berries.
Toss lightly with sufficient honey mayonnaise to moisten.
