Zesty Pasta Salad
|Ham||8 Ounce, cut into strips|
|Bow tie pasta/Pasta shells||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, drained|
|Frozen vegetables||8 Ounce, thawed|
|Cherry tomatoes||5 , cut in half|
|Low sodium low calorie italian salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Mixed greens||4 Cup (64 tbs), drained|
1. In a large bowl combine ham, pasta, vegetables, tomatoes and salad dressing and toss to coat well.
2. Cover and let it refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to blend flavors.
3. For serving, in a lettuce-lined bowl or on platter arrange pasta mixture.
