This video contains two Arugula Salad recipes. The first one has Arugula and Beets and the second one has Arugula, Tomatoes and Sumac.
For arugula and beet salad
  Arugula 100 Gram
  Beets 50 Gram, boiled and sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Gorgonzola cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Red vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
For arugula and tomato salad
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 , juiced
  Tomato 1 , sliced

For Arugula and Beet Salad
1. In a bowl, add in the arugula, onion and beets.
2. Season with red vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Followed by gorgonzola cheese and toss well.

3. Serve Arugula and Beet Salad with BBQ chicken.

For Arugula and Tomato Salad
1. In a bowl, add in the arugula, onion, olive oil, lemon juice and tomatoes. Toss well with a tong.

2. Serve Arugula and Tomato Salad with grilled fish.
