Avocado-Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Medium
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded red cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Roquefort dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

Marinate avocado in lemon juice; drain.
Combine avocado, cabbage, onion, celery, salt and pepper lightly with Roquefort Dressing.
Arrange in salad bowl; garnish with eggs.
