Cucumber And Thyme Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumbers 2 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Crushed thyme 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large skillet, add oil and salt and heat well. Stir in onion and cucumbers and on medium heat, stirring continuously, cook for 3 minutes. Mix in Tabasco sauce, thyme and water. Continue cooking, covered, tilting the skillet occasionally, for 2 minute or till onions soften.

SERVING
2. Serve hot.
