Paradise Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Marshmallows 16 Large
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop or grind the cranberries
2. Quarter the marshmallows; halve the cherries and grapes

MAKING
3. Combine the fruit with sugar; add whipped cream and nuts and refrigerate

SERVING
4. On lettuce or curly endive leaves, add a scoop and decorate with a rosette of whipped cream
