Artichoke Salad

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Quart
  Lemon gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Artichoke hearts 1 Large, halved
  Worcestershire sauce To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add tomato juice and heat.
2) Add in the gelatin, and stir till dissolved.
3) Mix together all the ingredients and empty into individual molds.
4) Chill till set.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled.
