Dijon Asparagus Chicken Salad

|Mayonnaise dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Twists||6 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cooked and chopped|
|Frozen asparagus spears||10 Ounce, cut into pieces (1 Package)|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cut into pieces|
1. Take a large bowl and combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper by mixing well.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
3. Serve after refrigerating the salad for about 2 hours in the bowl with cover.
