Dijon Asparagus Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Real Or Light)
  Mayonnaise dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Twists 6 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cooked and chopped
  Frozen asparagus spears 10 Ounce, cut into pieces (1 Package)
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into pieces
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large bowl and combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper by mixing well.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly.

SERVING
3. Serve after refrigerating the salad for about 2 hours in the bowl with cover.
