Pea and Cheese Salad In Tomato Shells
|Cooked peas||3 Pound|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Onion||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||6 Medium, peeled|
1) Lightly toss the cheese, peas and onion together.
2) Combine the mustard and French dressing, then pour over the peas mixture, gently toss and refrigerate.
3) Spoon the salad mixture into the tomato shells.
4) Serve immediately over a bed of lettuce leaves.
