Walnut And Lemon Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Walnuts 1 Ounce, crushed
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lettuce 6 Ounce, broken
Directions

MAKING
1) In a salad bowl, mix well walnuts, curry powder, sugar, oil and lemon rind and juice and then stir in nuts.
2) Top with lettuce and toss each leaf to coat well with the walnut mixture.

SERVING
3) Serve at once.
