Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  Broccoli 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Radishes 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cooked eggs 3
  Olives 5
  Chicory 1 Teaspoon
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash broccoli and separate stalks.
If one stalk is too big, divide into pieces.
Wrap undrained broccoli so stalks do not overlap, and cook 4 minutes.
Unwrap broccoli and place under running water to keep color and to remove harshness.
Drain and toss broccoli with a small amount of French dressing.
Chill.
Place broccoli in the center of a plate, garnished with sliced boiled eggs, decoratively cut radishes,
