Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. Using the rotary grater thinly slice the cauliflower florets.
2. Season with salt and pepper and turn in the dressing until completely coated. Garnish with chopped parsley.
