Beet-Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Canned beets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chive cottage cheese 100 Gram
  Lettuce leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  French dressing 6 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Place the canned beets in the refrigerator to chill
2) Take out and then drain over a bowl
3) Onto a salad plate, line with 6 lettuce leaves
4) Spoon the cottage cheese onto the lettuce lined salad plate
5) Place the beets on top of the cottage cheese and place a tablespoon of the dressing over each

SERVING
6) Serve with an egg and the chopped parsley atop each
