Peanut Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Diced unpeeled apple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and combine celery with apple.
2) Add a dash of lemon juice and toss well.
3) Mix mayonnaise, sugar, yoghurt and blend well.
4) Fold in the mayonnaise in the apple mixture.
5) Chill.

SERVING
6) Garnish with peanuts and serve on lettuce.
