Salmon Salad Loaf With Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Lemon-flavored gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned salmon 1 Pound, drained and coarsely flaked (1 Can, 2 Cups)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt.
Beat well; chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy; fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Chill till set.
Unmold on crisp greens.
