Vegan Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Whole grain dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Juice of lemon 2 Teaspoon
  Syrup of maple 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce/Soy sauce 4 Drop (Vegan)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Wash lettuce and tear into bite sized pieces. Pour dressing over lettuce and toss. Add croutons if desired.
