Cabbage Olive and Green Bell Pepper Salad
|Red cabbage||500 Gram, shredded|
|Green cabbage||500 Gram, shredded|
|Pimento stuffed green olives||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced green bell peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Pine nuts/Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly toasted (For Garnish)|
1. Mix all the vegetables together in a salad bowl.
2. Combine ingredients for dressing in a bowl and whisk with a fork till well blended.
3. Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss
4. Chill the salad.
5. Sprinkle pine nuts or almonds over the salad before serving.
