Cabbage Olive And Green Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 500 Gram, shredded
  Green cabbage 500 Gram, shredded
  Pimento stuffed green olives 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced green bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Pine nuts/Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly toasted (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all the vegetables together in a salad bowl.
2. Combine ingredients for dressing in a bowl and whisk with a fork till well blended.
3. Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss
4. Chill the salad.

SERVING
5. Sprinkle pine nuts or almonds over the salad before serving.
