Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Box)
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and thinly sliced
  Green onions 4 , minced
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe avocado 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned sliced pickled beets 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. Drain peas cooked to just tender, cool, add to green onions, cucumber and ΒΌ cup of dressing and toss well.
2. Slice peeled avocado and top with salt and lemon juice.
3. Take a platter, arrange in a circle with greens up. Place sliced beets to surround avocado. Heap pea mixture in the middle. Pour rest of the dressing on beets and avocado.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
