Artichoke Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts 100 Gram
  Torn mixed salad greens 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Herb seasoned croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Pared cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Read the package directions and cook the artichoke hearts.
2) Drain and refrigerate.
3) In a large bowl, add the salad greens.
4) Place the artichoke hearts and radish slices and sprinkle with the croutons.
5) Blend the buttermilk and mayonnaise till smooth.
6) Stir in the cucumber, lemon juice, garlic salt, sugar and pepper.
7) Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and toss.

SERVING
8) Serve with remaining dressing.
