Crispy And Crunchy Salad With Herb And Walnut Dressing

Ingredients
  Snow peas 1⁄4 Pound, cleaned
  Celery stalks 4 , sliced diagonally
  Lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs), shredded
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Zucchini 2 , sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , sliced
  Mushrooms 4 , halved
  Fresh parsley/Basil 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
For dressing
  Chopped toasted walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), skins removed
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the salad ingredients and toss well.
2) In a jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well to mix.
3) Allow to stand at minimum 45 minutes, then combine with the salad.

SERVING
4) Serve in a nice plate.
