Anchovy-Bleu Cheese Salad

Are you simply bored of the regular salads? Try this Anchovy-Bleu cheese salad. A simple and easy to make dish that can be a complete meal all by itself.
Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1⁄4
  Romaine head 1⁄2
  Green onions 2 , minced
  Anchovy fillets 2 , cut up
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Crisp bacon 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Tear the lettuce and romaine.
2) Add into a large salad bowl.
3) Add in the onions and anchovy fillets.
4) Gently toss to mix.
5) Add in the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
6) Toss again.
7) Add onto plate and sprinkle with bleu cheese and bacon.

SERVING
8) Garnish with sprig of parsley and serve.
