|Chicken bouillon/Oyster liquor||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe olives||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a skillet, add the chicken bouillon, seasonings, tarragon and chopped parsley.
2) Then poach the oysters in the mixture for about 3 minutes, drain well and allow to cool.
3) Garnish with the olives, tomatoes and chives, then serve immediately with the mayonnaise over a bed of greens.
