Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt/Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Mashed anchovy fillets 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced finely
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Blend all the ingredients together, cover tightly and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

SERVING
2) Mix well and serve over the salad greens, as lettuce, spinach or curly endive.
