Cabbage Apple Date Salad

Ingredients
  Unpeeled apple 1 Medium, cubed
  Pitted dates 60 Milliliter, diced (1/4 Cup)
  Walnuts 60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Alfalfa sprouts 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cabbage head 1⁄2 Pound, thinly shredded (Medium Sized, About 225 Gram)
  Tofu mayonnaise/Sesame-fruit dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place apple, dates, walnuts and sprouts with cabbage in a large bowl.
Toss with Sesame-Fruit Dressing or Tofu Mayonnaise.
