Cabbage Apple Date Salad
|Unpeeled apple||1 Medium, cubed|
|Pitted dates||60 Milliliter, diced (1/4 Cup)|
|Walnuts||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Alfalfa sprouts||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cabbage head||1⁄2 Pound, thinly shredded (Medium Sized, About 225 Gram)|
|Tofu mayonnaise/Sesame-fruit dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place apple, dates, walnuts and sprouts with cabbage in a large bowl.
Toss with Sesame-Fruit Dressing or Tofu Mayonnaise.
