Chicken and Celery Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2
  White celery stalks 2
  Sweet dill pickle 2
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Reading the instructions on the pack, cook the peas; drain completely and alow to cool
2. Trim and slice thinly the green celery; similarly, trim white celery and chop into thin julienne
3. Cut the pickles into strips too
4. In a bowl mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil
5. Push cottange cheese through a strainer, add it to the dressing and stir around well
6. In another bowl, add the peas, celery, chicken and pickles ad chil them

SERVING
7. Add the dressing, toss around and serve
