Four Star Cabbage V Fruit Salad
|Finely shredded cabbage||500 Milliliter (2 Cup)|
|Sunflower oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Red grapes||250 Milliliter, halved (1 Cup)|
|Unpeeled apple||1 , chopped|
|Tarragon vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Place the cabbage in a salad bowl, and toss with the oil until well coated.
Section and remove the membranes from the orange and grapefruit and add to the cabbage.
Add grapes and apple to the cabbage.
Sprinkle with Tarragon Vinegar and toss to combine.
In summer, garnish with chopped fresh mint.
