Moulded Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-boiled eggs 10 , finely chopped
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a quarter cup of coad water, dissolve the gelatin and add one and a half cups of boiling water and mayonnaise to it
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix them all well
3. Add it to a greased ring mould and chill to set

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
