Herbed Tomato Salad
|Firm tomatoes||1 Pound (455 Gram)|
|Fresh chopped herbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
1. Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange on a shallow dish.
2. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs, basil is best, but parsley, chives or chervil will do.
3. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
4. When ready to serve sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil and some sea salt. Serve immediately as the salt soon makes the tomatoes soft and watery.
