Cabbage And Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Eating apples 2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Hazelnuts 2 Tablespoon, roasted
Directions

1. Shred the cabbage finely with a sharp knife or a rotary shredder.
2. Remove the apple cores but retain the skin. Grate and treat immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
3. Mix the apple and cabbage and season with sea salt and pepper and sprinkle with the oil and cumin seeds.
4. Garnish with chopped chives and roasted hazelnuts.
