Easy Marinated Salad
|Tomatoes||455 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Mushrooms||255 Gram (1/2 Pound)|
|White wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Thyme||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Using a sharp knife thinly slice the tomatoes and mushrooms.
2. Place these, together with the rest of the ingredients, in a plastic container with an airtight lid and turn gently to distribute the oil and vinegar.
3. Refrigerate salad until needed, turning occasionally.
