Hearty Dixie Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked sweet potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 6 Medium, peeled, diced
  Diced cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 6
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients, except lettuce cups.
2) Toss lightly and allow to chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

SERVING
3) Garnish as desired and serve in lettuce cups
