My Favorite Salad

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 Large
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Large
  Parsley 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste
  Roquefort dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Rod'S)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  White bread slices 4
Directions

To make the salad-
Wash and dry salad greens.
Store in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, mix greens with parsley, onions, dressing and croutons.
Fresh ground pepper may be added.
To make the dressing
Combine dressing with mayonnaise and milk. This should be the consistency of buttermilk.
To make the Croutons-
Remove crusts of white bread and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for several hours.
