This Apricot And Almond Salad recipe tastes so delicious that I have been trying to find where exactly the secret lies! Use the freshest of Fruits available to get a flavorful Apricot And Almond Salad.
Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Crushed pineapple 20 Ounce
  Slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange gelatin 11 Gram
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Read the package directions and prepare apricots.
2) Drain and mash.
3) Drain the pineapple, saving the juice for later use.
4) Combine the pineapple, almonds and apricots.
5) Using the reserved juice as part of the liquid, prepare the orange gelatin.
6) In 1/4 cup of water, soften the unflavored gelatin, then dissolve in hot water.
7) Add to orange gelatin and mix in the apricot mix.
8) Pour into pan or individual moulds.
9) Refrigerate till firm.

SERVING
10) Serve with tart mayonnaise.
