Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad
|Cream of roasted garlic condensed soup||1 Can (10 oz) (Healthy Choice)|
|Fat free low sodium chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded and divided|
|Low sodium worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Romaine lettuce heads||2 , torn into 2-inch pieces|
|Grilled boneless skinless chicken breast halves||4 , cut into 2 inch strips|
|Fat free herb seasoned croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In food processor or blender, combine soup, chicken broth, vinegar, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce; process until smooth.
In large salad bowl, combine lettuce and 1 cup dressing; toss well to coat.
Top with chicken and croutons; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
