Apricot Nectar Salad

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Apricot nectar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cream 1⁄2 Pint, whipped
  Shredded longhorn cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In 2 cups of boiling water, dissolve the gelatin, then allow to cool.
2) Stir in 2 cups apricot nectar.
3) Refrigerate till partially set.
4) Add in the marshmallows and transfer the mix into an 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
5) Refrigerate till firm.
6) Mix in the sugar, flour and egg.
7) Cook till thick, stirring constantly.
8) Slowly add in the remaining apricot nectar, then cool.
9) Fold in the whipped cream and spread over the gelatin mix.
10) Sprinkle with cheese.
11) Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

SERVING
12) Serve on a bed of lettuce.
