Shrimp Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked peas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ripe olives 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), pitted
  Salad oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mix together peas, shrimp, and olives.
2) In a screw-top jar mix thoroughly oil, vinegar, salt, dill-weed, and pepper.
3) Shake the mixture to mix.
4) Pour dressing on the bowl over shrimp.
5) Cover and freeze for several hours.
6) Drain the shrimp-pea mixture in a colander.
7) Keep aside the dressing.
8) In a salad bowl arrange lettuce.
9) Place shrimp-pea mixture on the bed of lettuce.
10) Add reserved dressing and toss lightly to moisten.

SERVING
11) Serve salad garnished with egg slices.
