Ingredients
  Sardines 8 Ounce (2 Can)
  Greens 2 Large
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Egg 1
  French dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain the sardines.

MAKING
2) Take a salad bowl and break the salad greens in it.
3) Add raw eggs, sprinkle cheese, and drizzle French dressing.
4) Toss lightly and add the sardines and potato chips.

SERVING
5) Check seasoning, toss gently, and serve.
