Fruit Salad With Caramel Bits

Ingredients
  Cantaloupe 1 Large
  Honeydew melon 1 Large
  Oranges 4
  Bananas 4 , sliced
  Pitted dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt/Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana liqueur/Pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Halve and deseed the melons, then chop into chunks or scoop out balls.
2) Peel and section the orange, removing the white membrane.
3) In a flat salad bowl, arrange the melon, orange sections, banana slices and dates, then refrigerate.
4) In a small bowl, add the yogurt or sour cream, salad dressing and liqueur, blend well.

SERVING
5) Spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruits, garnish with the caramel bits and serve immediately.
