Crab And Pink Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 5 Small
  White crabmeat 3 Ounce
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery stick 1 , sliced
  Black grapes 2 Ounce, halved (50 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Pink grapefruit 1 , cut
  Almonds 1 Teaspoon, flaked
Directions

MAKING
1) On one side of a small plate, place the lettuce leaves.
2) In a bowl, add the crab, oil, lemon juice, celery and black grapes and season with salt and pepper; blend well.
3) Place the mixture opposite the lettuce leaves on the plate; lastly arrange the grapefruit slices in the centre of the plate,

SERVING
4) Garnish the crab with the flaked almonds and serve immediately.
