Crab and Pink Grapefruit Salad
|Lettuce leaves||5 Small|
|White crabmeat||3 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery stick||1 , sliced|
|Black grapes||2 Ounce, halved (50 Gram)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Pink grapefruit||1 , cut|
|Almonds||1 Teaspoon, flaked|
1) On one side of a small plate, place the lettuce leaves.
2) In a bowl, add the crab, oil, lemon juice, celery and black grapes and season with salt and pepper; blend well.
3) Place the mixture opposite the lettuce leaves on the plate; lastly arrange the grapefruit slices in the centre of the plate,
4) Garnish the crab with the flaked almonds and serve immediately.
