Lamb with Tabbouleh

Ingredients
  Lamb steaks 24 Ounce
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Bulgur 8 Ounce, cooked (225 Gram)
  Cucumber 1 , finely chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pound, quartered (450 Gram)
  Onions spring 6 , finely chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemons juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
  Chili 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Take a griddle and let it heat such that almost smoking hot.
2. Coat the lamb with oil and season well.

MAKING
3. Grill the lamb for about 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

SERVING
4. In a large bowl mix the tabbouleh ingredients together, season and pile onto plates.
5. Rest the lamb on top and serve with Greek yogurt.
